Job Description:
We are seeking a Chat Support Specialist to handle and respond to customer inquiries via live chat on our website. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing prompt and accurate information, addressing concerns, and offering product recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a professional and friendly manner.
Assist customers with their questions, concerns, and requests related to our products/services.
Provide accurate information and troubleshoot issues effectively.
Document customer interactions and maintain records in our CRM system.
Collaborate with team members to enhance chat response strategies and overall customer experience.
Stay informed on product knowledge and company policies.
Qualifications:

Excellent written communication skills; ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
Experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Familiarity with chat software or CRM tools is a plus.
