Job Description:
We are seeking a Chat Support Specialist to handle and respond to customer inquiries via live chat on our website. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing prompt and accurate information, addressing concerns, and offering product recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a professional and friendly manner.
Assist customers with their questions, concerns, and requests related to our products/services.
Provide accurate information and troubleshoot issues effectively.
Document customer interactions and maintain records in our CRM system.
Collaborate with tea
Stay informed on product knowledge and company policies.
Qualifications:
