Job Description:
We are seeking talented individuals with experience in chat support management to provide exceptional and efficient chat support for high-level influencer accounts.
As a Chat Support Member, you will play a crucial role in communicating with clients through chat to drive revenue, develop and execute chat strategies to boost engagement and sales, nurture relationships with clients and followers to enhance the chatting experience, and deliver outstanding customer service to clients and their followers.
Responsibilities:
Engage and interact with clients through chat to increase sales and revenue.
Develop and implement effective chat strategies to improve engagement and drive sales.
Foster strong relationships with clients and their followers, enhancing the overall chatting experience.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their followers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with tea
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist clients and provide accurate information.
Meet and exceed performance targets while adhering to company and account rules and policies.
Requirements:
Sales knowledge and experience in a chat support management role are preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and their followers.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client needs and resolve issues.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
Ability to work under pressure and meet consistent targets.
Flexibility to work 8-hour shifts on Mondays and 12-hour shifts from Tuesday to Sunday. Two days off are provided.
Availability to work in the EST timezone.
