JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Chat Support Agent with prior experience in Airbnb to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to users of both Airbnb and Booking.com platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat on Airbnb and Booking.com platforms.
- Assist customers with booking inquiries, cancellations, modifications, and complaints.
- Provide accurate information regarding listings, availability, pricing, and policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor in all interactions with customers.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a customer support agent specifically for Airbnb is mandatory.
- Excellent written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Airbnb and Booking.com platforms and their respective policies.
