JOB OVERVIEW

I’m looking for a reliable, proactive individual to join my team as a part-time Chat and Email Support Specialist. In this role, you’ll provide friendly and responsive support to our new customers, guiding them through their onboarding process. A good level of English communication over messages is a must.

Responsibilities include:

1. Welcome New Customers: Using our WhatsApp account, you’ll reach out to new customers listed in our Excel table. For each new customer, you’ll send a personalized welcome message, answer any questions about the next steps, and track responses in our table.

2. Follow-Up Messages: If customers don’t respond or complete necessary steps, you’ll follow up with one or two reminder messages, helping keep them on track.

3. Respond to Customer Inquiries: For any questions that come in via WhatsApp, you’ll provide clear and helpful responses, ensuring each customer feels supported.

4. Email Support: You’ll also handle a small volume of emails (3-5 per day), providing responses and solutions as needed.

5. Once a customer completes their account setup, they’ll send you a link, which you’ll record in the Excel table to ensure everything is tracked accurately.
