Chat Specialist

Ignite is now looking for a Chat Specialist to join our team. Your role will be to communicate and monetise our customers using our CRM effectively. Your good written English skills and attention to detail will be very important.

Your Responsibilities
- Communicate and monetise our customers using live chat located within our CRM
- Use your excellent English skills to build great customer relations
- Handling many customers quickly and professionally

Job Requirements
- Ability to think ahead to come up with ideas quickly
- You must have excellent written English skills. Being aware of slang and nuances in the USA is also a plus.
- Ability to type quickly to handle many customers. Experience in a busy role is a plus.

What Do We Offer?
- Starting salary at $3.50
- 8 hour shifts, 6 hours a week
- Commission between $500 to $3,000 based on the sales targets
- Grow your salary from $3.50 to up to $15 per hour based on meeting sales targets throughout your career

Our Chat Specialist earn between $1,000 to $6,500 a month based on the sales targets they meet. The more quality you put in - the more commission you take home!
