Chat Sales Specialist for Fitness Coaching Company (Lead Prospecting)

We are looking for a driven chat sales specialist to join our fitness transformation team- Looking for a second rock star for our AM session!

This role involves a consultative approach to help the prospect see the value in booking a Strategy Session with us. This involves mastering our question-based framework, guiding the prospect towards, handling objections, and becoming a sales expert within the fitness industry.

This role requires 100% conversational “slang” English and mastery over our sales process- So if that’s not you, please do not apply. Being limited by your English will make this far too difficult.

Role Responsibilities:
-Engage with prospects using consultative, question-based framework
-Identify pain points, build rapport, and guide the prospect to schedule Strategy Sessions
-Quickly master our sales framework to diagnose root issues and help the prospect see a path forward
-Must have some understanding of fitness and weight loss
-Maintain a detail log of contacts and following, ensuring no opportunity slips through the cracks
-Must be comfortable with live training sessions
-Must be coachable, enjoying learning, and strive to constantly get better
-Able to implement feedback quickly- You enjoy getting good at your craft
-You enjoy commissions

Requirements:
-Extensive sales training or 1 year of sales experience, preferably in high-ticket programs
-Exceptional English- Must chat naturally, idioms, slangs, informal tones to resonate with an American audience.
-Proven ability to follow a question-based framework without a script
-Typing speeds of 45 WPM
-Resilient and confident- Not afraid to ask challenge questions
-Ideally someone with previous employment in premium accounts (American Express, Wells Fargo) is highly desirable

Current Shifts:
-7am to 1pm EST on weekdays
-~8am to 2pm EST on weekends

Compensation:
-Hourly rate + performance-based commission
-Probation rate of $5
-Initial rate of $6/hr after first successful independent booking
-Commission of $6 per closed client

Important note:
Important Note: You may be scheduled for a 6-hour shift, but actual billable hours will depend on lead flow. This means you’re only paid for active engagement with leads, not the entire scheduled time. Our current lead flow is high, so we expect you to stay busy.

Training & Development:
-Baseline assessments- Test your current skills to see if it’s a fit
-Training- Short training and begin working with prospects
-Comprehensive sales training & job begins
-Probationary period

Training is paid at a flat rate to encourage you moving quickly and varies by duration.


KPIs:
-We aim for .4 apps per hour
-Performance bonuses when a set prospect closes
-Above .4 apps/hr = $6 commission
-Below .4 apps/hr = $4 commission
-Low KPI means grounds for removal
