Overview:
Join our dynamic and rapidly growing team at one of Australia and New Zealand's leading group transportation companies as a Charter Sales Consultant. We seek an experienced, confident, and dedicated professional to provide exceptional service in helping customers plan and book their bus charter trips. This is a full-time role with ample opportunity for career growth, reporting directly to our Operations Manager.

Responsibilities:
* Provide accurate and competitive quotes to customers through phone and email.
* Follow up on quotes sent to customers, addressing questions and handling objections professionally.
* Close sales deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
* Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
* Communicate effectively with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and contribute to teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings and training.
* Assist in the development and refinement of sales and marketing strategies.
* In your application, as a third question, please explain what your work technical set-up is including a backup plan for disasters.

Requirements:
* Prior experience in customer service, sales, account management, or a similar role is required.
* Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
* Proficiency in using cloud-based applications (g-suite, slack, and VOIP) and familiarity with CRM systems.
* Must possess a good quality headset with noise cancelling, a camera for video calls, a modern computer, and a stable, fast internet connection. Backup plans for power and internet are essential.

Working Conditions:
* Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
* Must be willing and able to work on a New Zealand time schedule.
* 3-month probationary period with performance Upgrade to see actual infopensation:
* A competitive hourly base rate (plus overtime pay if required)
