Channel Manager

I am looking to hire someone to completely run this YouTube channel of mine and post daily videos:

I can pay VERY well if you are a hard worker and can do the job.

You will need to create the videos from start to finish, the ideas are all essentially the same. Making videos about Animals Reuniting With Their Owners.

The process for entails of these steps and takes around this long:
- Researching and picking clips that are good for the video (1 hr)
- Writing script (1 hr)
- Getting AI VoiceOver done (5 minutes)
- Editing it all together (2 hr)
- Thumbnail (30 min)
- Upload to channel and set the thumbnail, title, ads, and end screen (5 min)

This is how long the videos take me to make - only around 5 hours, it will likely take you longer when starting out but eventually if you build the skills working for me, you could work only 5 hours for full time income. All the skills can be learned fast but I want someone who already has experience in these fields. I am looking for an A-player who comes to work and puts in more effort than is desired.
