Certified Project Manager

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Certified Project Manager to oversee project management software, ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery of projects, and optimize staff allocation. This role is crucial for maintaining the internal workflow and meeting our operational targets, all while operating behind the scenes in a non-client facing capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

Audit and optimize the agency's existing project management platform (Mavenlink), and lead the creation of new and improved project templates, reports, and processes to maximize the use of the platform for the agency.
Maintain and update our project management platform (experience with Mavenlink preferred) to ensure accurate tracking and management of all agency projects.
Generate and analyze reports from the project management software to monitor project progress, budget usage, and staff utilization.
Proactively update and inform staff of project deadlines, following up on past due tasks to ensure timely completion.
Collaborate with department heads and team leads to align project objectives and timelines, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
Develop and implement project schedules and workflows to maximize efficiency.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including on-time delivery and budget adherence of projects, as well as staff utilization rates.

Qualifications:

Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent).
Proven experience in project management within an advertising or creative agency environment.
Proficiency with Mavenlink is preferred or similar project management software is mandatory.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in generating reports and insights from project data.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills to effectively manage internal teams and keep multiple projects on track.
