Catering Specialist (Permanent Remote)

Pay: $5 USD/hour (Paid bi-weekly via Payoneer)
Schedule: Wednesday to Sunday (Pacific Time – Night Shift)
Hours: 40-45/week | Must work on holidays | Probationary role with 1+ month training

Position Summary
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Catering Coordinator to manage catering services for multiple restaurants. This role involves coordinating bookings, handling client inquiries, and ensuring flawless event execution while maintaining excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Client Communication: Manage incoming calls/emails, answer catering inquiries, and document all interactions in the CRM system.
Booking Management: Capture client requirements, confirm reservations, and ensure restaurants are prepared before events.
Follow-Up: Verify event details, address client changes, and request feedback post-event to improve services.
Compliance & Support: Ensure health and safety regulations are met and assist the GCP Shared Services team with best practices.
Reporting: Weekly reporting to the Catering Manager on trends, sales pipeline, and strategic plans for improvement.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and event details in the CRM system.
