Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Casting Director to lead talent selection and management for our marketing campaigns. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in identifying, securing, and directing the right talent to bring our creative visions to life. You'll work closely with our production and creative teams to ensure we match the perfect influencers and talent with each campaign's unique requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Source and identify appropriate talent for campaigns based on client briefs and creative requirements.
Conduct virtual casting calls, auditions, and talent interviews to assess suitability for projects.
Maintain and expand a diverse talent database of influencers, actors, and models.
Negotiate contracts, rates, and agreements with talent and their representatives.
Coordinate talent schedules and ensure timely communication regarding shoot details.
Provide virtual direction and management during remote production sessions.
Collaborate with production, creative, and client teams to understand and fulfill talent needs.
Evaluate talent performance and maintain quality relationships for future projects.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging influencers, and talent platforms.
Manage talent-related budgets and documentation.
Handle sensitive talent information with professionalism and discretion.


Qualifications

5 years of experience in casting and talent management
A strong network of industry contacts and demonstrated ability to identify appropriate talent.
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
Experience with talent contracts, releases, and agency relationships.
Understanding of diverse casting needs and commitment to inclusive representation.
Proficiency with digital casting tools, virtual audition platforms, and remote collaboration software.
Ability to work independently while maintaining strong team communication.
Proven track record of successful talent selection for marketing campaigns.
Self-motivated with excellent time management and organization skills.
