JOB OVERVIEW

As a Case Management Specialist, you will handle financial case resolution for refurbished electronics across various carriers and marketplaces. Your expertise will ensure seamless case handling, compliance with policies, and positive outcomes for disputes, chargebacks, and refunds.

Responsibilities:
As a Case Management Specialist, you will:
-Case Filings and Documentation:
File and manage cases related to financial disputes, chargebacks, or refunds with carriers and marketplaces.
-Dispute Resolution:
Resolve financial discrepancies and disputes on platforms such as Amazon FBA, Backmarket, Walmart, and eBay.
-Communication and Coordination:
Collaborate with carriers and marketplace representatives to provide documentation, communicate case details, and negotiate resolutions.
-Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze case data to identify trends, detect potential fraud, and recommend process improvements.
-Policy Adherence and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations while handling cases.
-Customer Interaction Support:
Assist customer service teams with inquiries related to refunds or chargebacks.
-Documentation and Record-Keeping:
Maintain accurate records and document case details for auditing and reference.
-Resolution Tracking and Follow-Up:
Monitor case progress, follow up on pending resolutions, and ensure timely closure.
-Policy Advocacy and Process Improvement:
Propose policy enhancements and advocate for process improvements to minimize disputes.
-Team Collaboration and Training:
Collaborate with team members and provide guidance on best practices for financial case management.

Qualifications:
Experience:
-Prior hands-on experience in Case Management roles, with a strong focus on Amazon FBA, is highly preferred.
-Background in mobile devices is a plus.
Technical Skills:
-Proficiency with Gmail, Google Sheets, and Amazon Seller Central.
-Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
-Ability to type at least 40 words per minute.
