Case Coordinator

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Case Coordinator to join our team.

The Case Coordinator will play a vital role in managing, coordinating, and organizing legal cases, ensuring efficient workflow, and supporting attorneys in their daily activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of legal procedures and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist attorneys in managing case files and maintaining up-to-date records.
- Identify the suitable attorney to handle each case.
- Maintain and update case management systems with accurate and current information.
- Provide administrative support to attorneys and other legal staff as needed.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in case management in a law firm or legal setting is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
