Caregiver Scheduler – Home Care Business
We’re looking for dedicated candidates to manage caregiver scheduling in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, including handling after-hours call-outs. This role supports our team during U.S. daytime weekday hours.
Key Responsibilities
Scheduling & Coordination
- Maintain and assign caregiver schedules.
- Ensure timely case assignments and documentation.
- Communicate schedule updates to staff, clients, and supervisors.
- Monitor overtime, mileage, and handle emergency calls.
Caregiver Management & Communication
- Assign caregivers per care plans and client needs.
- Provide clear instructions and address scheduling changes.
- Notify clients of updates and monitor caregiver reliability.
- Verify time records and support performance evaluations.
Staffing & Hiring Support
- Minimize caregiver substitutions and maintain an on-call pool.
- Anticipate staffing needs and coordinate with nursing and marketing teams.
Compliance & Confidentialit
- Maintain strict confidentiality of client and employee records.
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards.
Professional Development & Quality Assurance
- Follow agency policies and procedures.
- Attend meetings, training, and contribute to quality improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in scheduling, client relations, or customer service.
- Proficiency in Excel and strong organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving, communication skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations, including after-hours and weekends.
Compensation
- $450–$500 per month ($2.50 per hour).
