So who are we? The Design Traveller is:

- A rapidly growing Serviced Accommodation/Vacation Rental Management business - Marketing our properties on Online Travel Agent (OTA) websites such as Air BnB and Booking.com
- Dealing with both leisure and corporate guests, who would like to stay & are staying in our apartments

- Working to expand our business to increase our market space in our current local market, and explore operating in other regional areas

The day-to-day activities of the job role would include (but are not limited to) the following:

- Inbound Calls (Guests, OTA’s, Housekeeping)
- Outbound calls (Callbacks, follow-ups)
- Email Management (Zero inbox rule)
- Guest Management (using Guesty, Asana, etc.)
- Scheduling laundry & maintenance
- Ad-hoc tasks such as producing documents, spreadsheets, presentations, etc. - Strong team communication
- Guest Feedback Management

The right candidate will have a background with:

- Direct experience working for Airbnb
- Good knowledge using AI tools such as ChatGPT
- Good knowledge using PMS such as Guesty
- Good knowledge using task management software such as Asana
- Customer services experience dealing with guests
- Confidence in speaking with people from the United Kingdom
- Good written communication (English)
- Good verbal communication (English)
- Willingness to learn new systems
- Have a good workstation & computer set-up and a fully working mobile phone
- Experience as a VA is a must

The role will consist of 40 hours per week, 8am - 5pm (London time) Monday - Friday including an hour break.

Experience in the Hospitality industry and previous experience working with Air BnB itself is essential, knowledge or previous experience working with, booking.com or Guesty channel manager would be looked upon favourably.
