As a Care Navigator, your main goal will be to give our clients the best experience possible by being in the heart of the patient journey. You will schedule appointments, conduct insurance verifications and PMP checks, assist in patient onboarding, answer client questions and concerns, and do other tasks that support our clinicians as they support our clients.

Your role at ReKlame Health would include:
Contracting 40 hours a week on tasks assigned to you according to the job description
Scheduling appointments for our clients and practitioners
Close monitorization for last minute rescheduling of appointments for therapy
Managing clinician calendars
Entering client personal health information and other clinical data
Conduct insurance verifications
Eligibility checks for prescription refills
Lab requests (EKG, psychological, pharmacogenetic, etc.)
Responding to prior authorization, form, letter and other paperwork requests
Run prescription history reports through prescription monitoring platform
Monitor and help facilitate client onboarding
Ensure client intakes are submitted and fully completed
Other tasks assigned by the Lead Care Navigator.
