About the Position: We are seeking a detail-oriented Canva Graphics Specialist to assist with creating visually appealing and brand-consistent marketing images on an as-needed project basis to support our Wordpress blog and WooCommerce shop (along with our Etsy and TPT stores). This role is ideal for someone with an eye for aesthetics and strong adherence to detailed instructions, as the position involves working primarily with existing Canva brand templates and adhering to our established branding guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate marketing images for digital products using brand templates
- Develop engaging infographics that align with our brand
- Generate email marketing graphics to support campaigns
- Ensure all designs adhere to our branding colors, style guide, and detailed step-by-step SOPs

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Canva, with a strong portfolio demonstrating brand consistency.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions accurately.
- An eye for aesthetics and a commitment to creating polished, professional graphics.

Strong preference for candidates with:
- Background in Education
- SEO experience in optimizing images

TASK: CREATE MARKETING IMAGE USING CANVA BRAND TEMPLATE

(3) The cover photos should include the headshot/bio in the bottom right-hand corner.
(4) When working on a 2000 x 2000 px square (when the screen is set to 20% zoom), make sure that the: Height = 915, Width 912
(5) The very bottom right corner should only show the white inner (the corner will appear like a triangle) and none of the blue circle.
(6) Change the name on the image, switch out the graphics, and customize it to match the product you are making images for.
(7) When placing the product image, ensure product marketing images are partially covered (e.g., in a layflat- preferred), or watermarked with the line watermark at 20% transparency. (To do this you will need to download the individual product pages as .jpg’s and upload them to the marketing image template).
(8) Place a drop-shadow or glow-shadow on the product image to make them stand out in the image.
Make sure most of the product image is visible.
(9) Add graphics or text to fill up blank space if ever there is any (normally we would provide clipart but for terms of use please use a free canva graphic if you would like to add one).
(10) If you add text, be sure to run it through Grammarly to make sure there aren’t any grammar or spelling errors.
(11) Rename the image to the keyword, followed by “cover photo” (e.g., “List of emotions for kids pdf cover photo”)
(12) Save/download as .JPG (not .PNG) & change quality to 60% medium size image.
(13) Email the .JPG to tana@suchalittlewhile.com with the subject line “SALW Marketing Image”
