Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The perfect candidate will bring at least 5 years of specialized bookkeeping experience, proficiency with bookkeeping software, and a strong foundation in accounting. This role offers long-term stability, as many of our teaUpgrade to see actual infombers have been with us for 3-4+ years.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate recording of transactions.
- Prepare financial reports and statements.
- Coordinate with accountant for sales tax filings and compliance.
- Conduct regular audits and double-check entries for accuracy.
- Assist with forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Provide support for ecommerce transactions and maintain related financial records.

Qualifications:

These are absolute musts:

- Incredibly reliable with excellent attention to detail.

- Experience with forecasting and financial planning.
- Solid accounting background.
