Campground Leasing Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced Campground Leasing Specialist at The Requity Group to assist us in leasing a long-term/seasonal campground. As a specialist, you will be responsible for managing the entire leasing process, which includes marketing the campground, arranging property tours with the onsite team, screening potential tenants, negotiating site/lease agreements, and ensuring a smooth transition for new tenants. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the leasing industry, specifically in leasing campgrounds or residential properties. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential.
