About the Role:

We are a B2B cold email lead generation agency helping companies book more sales meetings through targeted email outreach. We’re looking for a Campaign Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of cold email campaigns—from campaign setup to inbox management—ensuring high response rates and maximizing booked meetings for our clients.

If you are organized, detail-oriented, and have experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or cold email marketing, this role is for you!

This is a fully remote, long-term position with opportunities to grow into a senior role as we scale. You’ll work with cutting-edge email automation and AI-powered outreach tools to drive results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Cold Email Campaign Management:
- Build and launch cold email campaigns for multiple clients using tools like SmartLead, Clay and Apollo.
- Write and refine email copy, subject lines, and follow-up sequences that drive replies
- Perform A/B testing on messaging to improve engagement
- Research and segment ideal prospect lists to ensure high targeting accuracy
- Monitor email sending limits and warm-up processes to maintain strong deliverability
- Track performance metrics (reply rates, bounce rates, booked meetings) and optimize accordingly

Inbox & Lead Management:
- Manage and monitor multiple inboxes across different clients
- Craft personalized responses to engage prospects and book meetings
- Overcome objections and guide prospects towards scheduling a call
- Understand our clients' value propositions and use given resources to convey their value to prospects to get meetings booked
- Keep client calendars stacked with booked meetings
- Maintain clear communication with clients on progress, performance, and opportunities

Performance Tracking & Optimization:
- Analyze cold email performance data and suggest improvements
- Identify common objections and adjust email scripts accordingly
- Work closely with the team to implement new outreach strategies and automation workflows

What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years experience in cold email, outbound lead generation, or sales support
- Strong written English skills—concise, persuasive, and professional
- Experience with cold email software (SmartLead, Instantly, Clay, Upgrade to see actual info, or similar)
- Understanding of email deliverability and inbox management best practices
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple campaigns & inboxes simultaneously
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, Airtable or CRM tools is a plus
