Key Responsibilities:
Cold
- Build and launch cold
- Write and refine
- Perform A/B testing on messaging to improve engagement
- Research and segment ideal prospect lists to ensure high targeting accuracy
- Monitor
- Track performance metrics (reply rates, bounce rates, booked meetings) and optimize accordingly
Inbox & Lead Management:
- Manage and monitor multiple inboxes across different clients
- Craft personalized responses to engage prospects and book meetings
- Overcome objections and guide prospects towards scheduling a call
- Understand our clients' value propositions and use given resources to convey their value to prospects to get meetings booked
- Keep client calendars stacked with booked meetings
- Maintain clear communication with clients on progress, performance, and opportunities
Performance Tracking & Optimization:
- Analyze cold
- Identify common objections and adjust
- Work closely with the team to implement new outreach strategies and automation workflows
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years experience in cold
- Strong written English skills—concise, persuasive, and professional
- Experience with cold
- Understanding of
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple campaigns & inboxes simultaneously
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, Airtable or CRM tools is a plus
