What You’ll Be Doing
As our Medical TeleSales Representative, you’ll be the friendly voice helping patients stay on top of their health. Think of yourself as their wellness guide, encouraging them to schedule follow-ups and stay on track with their care.

Your Daily Wins Will Include:
- Chatting with patients and scheduling follow-up appointments.
- Answering questions about their care plans with empathy and expertise.
- Keeping organized records in our patient management system (don’t worry, we’ll train you!).
- Teaming up with our healthcare pros to ensure seamless patient care.

What We’re Looking For
We want someone who’s got the it factor when it comes to patient care and sales. If you’re empathetic, motivated, and love a good challenge, this might be your dream role!

You Should Have:
- Sales Skills: Experience in telesales, appointment setting, or patient outreach.
- Healthcare Know-How: Bonus points if you’ve worked in telehealth or alternative treatments.
- A Way With Words: Strong spoken and written English to build trust over the phone.
- Tech Savviness: CRM systems don’t scare you (and we’ll teach you our tools).
- Drive: You’re self-motivated, organized, and ready to crush your goals.
