Caller/Researcher with PERFECT SPOKEN English

We are looking for a candidate to make calls and work during Chicago business hours. The ideal candidate will have a background in the basic sciences, the ability to navigate complex application processes, and strong verbal and written communication skills. Please note that all calls and computer screens will be recorded and audited with time management software.

Your tasks will include:

- Scheduling appointments and answering emails for property management or other business related activities
- Calling child daycare business owners to offer business expansion opportunities (RingCentral/Google Voice)
- Contacting dental offices to offer partnership/acquire their dental practice
- Conducting business-related research
- Acessing public city databases and organizing information in excel
- Applying for scholarships, grants, and government contracts with our guidance
- Researching real estate properties and performing other administrative tasks as needed

While we will provide training, your ability to solve problems and make decisions independently is essential.
