Call Taker (customer assistant)

You will answer calls from UK customers who need an emergency plumber. The customer has emergency water leak or hot water problem or heating problem, in their house. You will answer their call, and tell them the price to get a plumber/engineer out to their house. If the customer accepts the price (example: £125 outcall, £75/hour after), then you will tell the customer an engineer/plumber is on his way. After that, you will call 5-10 engineers/plumbers on our database, until you find one that is available to do the job. You will also be responsible for replying back to the customer and reassuring them that the plumber/engineer is coming.
