As an Operations Specialist I, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless customer experiences. In this hybrid role, you'll have the flexibility to work both remotely and in the office, striking the perfect balance to maximize your productivity and work-life balance. Approximately 50% of your time will be spent in each environment, allowing you to tailor your work style to your needs.
One of the critical aspects of this role is staying on top of on-call inquiries. As the first point of contact for customers seeking storage solutions, your responsiveness and problem-solving skills will be instrumental in ensuring customer satisfaction. You'll serve as the frontline support, ensuring that customers receive the assistance they need when they need it.

Key Responsibilities:
Answer all customer phone calls between 9 AM CST and 6 PM CST on scheduled days. Some flexibility available.
Address and resolve all customer tickets received between 9 AM CST and 6 PM CST on scheduled days.
Provide an excellent customer experience while interacting with customers, assisting them in identifying and solving their storage needs.
Guide new customers through rental processes and agreements, as needed.
Process payments for existing customers.
Contribute to the continued refinement of our operational processes.
Achieve and maintain internal property performance metrics.
Effectively communicate with management and fellow associates.
Answer all Google and Yelp reviews with appreciation and or a solution

Requirements
High School Diploma (required)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills
Understanding of managing and maintaining office records and files
Ability to embrace new technology and adapt to business/industry evolution
