JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly experienced call center agent familiar with Checkout Champ to handle membership management and customer support for our growing brand. A key part of this role involves canceling memberships and managing recurring subscriptions directly within the Checkout Champ platform.

If you have worked with subscription-based brands, Shopify, or have significant experience managing memberships, you’ll thrive in this role. You must have excellent English communication skills, a reliable microphone/headset, and the ability to handle sensitive customer interactions respectfully.

Key Responsibilities:

Cancel memberships and manage recurring subscriptions efficiently using Checkout Champ.
Handle customer inquiries and concerns via call/chat in a professional manner.
Provide clear, actionable resolutions to customer requests related to orders and subscriptions.
Maintain a calm and respectful demeanor when handling challenging or upset customers.
Ensure all customer interactions are logged accurately.
Requirements:

Must-have: Expertise in using Checkout Champ, specifically for canceling memberships and subscriptions.
Familiarity with Shopify is a significant advantage.
Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Reliable microphone/headset for handling calls.
Availability to work during the specified hours (12 PM - 5 PM CST).
Ability to remain composed under pressure and manage difficult customer situations with empathy.
