JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:
We are seeking experienced Call Center Agents or BPO professionals with excellent English communication skills to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to call a database of life insurance agents and present them with an opportunity to join our team. You may be calling some clients for sales, too.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to Life Insurance Agents to discuss potential career opportunities or partnerships.
Handle objections and provide appropriate responses to inquiries from prospects.
Maintain detailed records of calls and follow-ups in our CRM system.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and conversions.
Continuously improve scripts and strategies to enhance conversion rates.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Call Center Agent or in a BPO setting, preferably with experience in outbound calling.
Exceptional English speaking and listening skills.
Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
Familiarity with CRM systems and basic data entry.
Must be able to work during BPO hours (U.S. business hours, typically night shift in the Philippines).
