Role Overview
Raycon seeks an outstanding CX Associate to be the voice of the brand to our customers. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

You have the power to not only leave a meaningful memory of Raycon to the consumers but change how Raycon operates, from policy to the product, to better fit our customer’s needs.

Problems You Might Work On
- Create instant rapport with our customers to deliver above-and-beyond customer service
- Responding to inquiries through multiple channels including, customer calls, emails and live chats in a fast-paced environment
- Become an expert in all things Raycon and the experience we give our customers
- Troubleshoot customer service issues quickly and efficiently while keeping the Raycon spirit
- Follow existing support and tracking processes and help to improve the customer experience by coming up with new and creative ideas
- Collaborate with other departments through tracking and sharing customer feedback and working on order-related and administrative tasks

Qualifications

- 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Competent in MS Word, Excel, Google Docs and Sheets
- Extra credit if you have previous e-commerce experience

- You’re a practiced and clear communicator who excels at reading comprehension and writing. You can chat with coworkers in real time while answering customer emails at a rapid pace.
- You’re a problem solver. You’ve “Escaped the Room.” You can think on your feet, with analytical skills a huge plus
- You’re emotionally intelligent. You know how to put yourself in other people's shoes and can talk to customers with patience and understanding. You don’t let bad interactions get you down.
- You’re open-minded to learning new things, being around new people, mentorship, feedback, learning, and growing in your role.
- You have a passion. Maybe you’re an amateur pinball player, a writer, a car enthusiast, or a side hustler. You know what it’s like to be a go-getter and you embrace it.
- You have a sense of humor. You know life’s too short to take yourself too seriously.
