JOB OVERVIEW

Hello, I own an online store that sells mainly to customers in the USA. I’m looking for a dependable Customer Support Operative to handle incoming phone calls from my customers. This is a part-time gig that’s perfect for someone already working from home.

What You’ll Do:

-Answer customer calls and assist with inquiries.
-Provide professional, friendly customer service.
-Be available during US business hours (Eastern/Pacific Time).

Who You Are:
-Based in the Philippines with a reliable internet connection.
-Experienced in customer service or phone support.
-Fluent in English with clear communication skills.
-Already working from home and looking for additional income.

Work Hours:
-Shifts follow US business hours: 9 AM - 5 PM EST / 6 AM - 2 PM PST.
-Some days, we will have few calls, making this a great side gig.

Compensation:
Paid by the minutes you spend on customer calls. Sometimes, there are 2 calls per day, sometimes 10.

Later on, we can discuss full-time employment by introducing other tasks.
