JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our fast-growing 6-figure eCommerce dropshipping business. This is a long-term, remote position with room for growth and development within the company.

You will be responsible for managing customer communication via email, providing timely order updates, resolving disputes, and ensuring every customer feels supported. You will play a key role in representing our brand and turning questions or concerns into a positive experience.

Our store mainly serves customers in the Netherlands and Denmark, but you do not need to speak Dutch or Danish. You can use tools like Google Translate or ChatGPT to understand and respond to customer messages in those languages. All internal team communication is in English.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer emails regarding order status, tracking, pre-sale questions, and complaints within 24 hours

Provide accurate and professional communication using a friendly tone

Give clear order updates and tracking information

Handle disputes, complaints, and refund requests with care and professionalism

Work with the fulfillment team to resolve delivery and logistics issues

Keep the customer inbox (Shopify/Gmail) organized and up-to-date

Follow company templates and guidelines, while adapting to each customer's needs

Identify recurring customer issues and suggest improvements to the customer experience

Expected Results

All customer emails are answered within 24 hours

High customer satisfaction based on reviews and direct feedback

Reduced refund and chargeback rates through proactive and empathetic communication

A consistent, organized, and clear customer support process

Ongoing collaboration with the team to improve processes and performance

Requirements

Proven experience in eCommerce customer service is required

Confident in handling order updates, delivery problems, disputes, and refunds

Fluent in written English with excellent grammar and clarity

Able to use Google Translate or ChatGPT to reply to messages in Dutch or Danish professionally

Strong emotional intelligence, patience, and problem-solving ability

Organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently

Stable internet connection (at least 25 Mbps)

Reliable laptop or desktop computer
