Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Virtual Assistant to assist in managing day-to-day operations. This role will play a key part in streamlining our processes, supporting client outreach, organizing data and helping us 10x our business in the coming months. This is a long term position with monthly reviews that also requires you to also work overnights because of the time difference in the Philippines. Paid days off on holidays, weekends off. Starting salary will be $2-3USD per hour with the potential to have salary increases in a matter of months.

Handling customer complaints and inquiries
Experience with CRMs and other customer service management tools, resources and softwares.
Keeping records of customer interactions

Providing product and service information
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Communicating with clients and customers
Providing proactive customer outreach
Providing technical support
Assisting with order placement and processing
Generate sales leads
Handling returns and exchanges
Making changes to customers accounts
Open new customer accounts
Tracking customer service
Troubleshoot problems and drive resolutions
Advise on company information
Cancel or upgrade accounts
Previous experience in cold calling/email telemarketing, sales & lead generation
Managing
Answering and making phone calls to both clients and prospects.
Maintaining and updating CRM software with client information and interactions.
Providing administrative support as needed.
Assisting with other tasks related to business growth and client management.
