Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. The ideal candidate has experience in e-commerce customer support, excellent communication skills, and a problem-solving mindset.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via
Process returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policy.
Address customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Track orders and provide customers with updates on shipping and delivery.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
Identify common customer concerns and suggest improvements to processes.
Work closely with the fulfillment team to ensure order accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce or dropshipping.
Familiarity with Shopify, order tracking systems, and customer support tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and handle high volumes of inquiries.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to remain calm under pressure.
High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Front or other customer support software.
Understanding of return and refund policies in dropshipping businesses.
Ability to communicate in multiple languages is a plus.
