CSR / Social Media Marketing Expert

Working Hours Fix (PH Time 1am - 10am)

Main focus is to answer website shop queries (placing orders and redirecting to the website). There is a CSR who handles website chat and queries professionally. The main task is to respond to customers from Facebook ads who message through the WhatsApp Store mobile app.

Additional Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute social media strategies tailored
- Manage daily social media operations across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to engage with our audience and address inquiries.
- Analyze social media trends and audience insights to inform content planning and strategy.
- Develop and implement social media campaigns to promote products, special offers, and seasonal events.
- Track and measure the success of social media campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to improve performance.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in content management (Graphic Artist will handle visuals).
- Knowledge of SMS and email marketing platforms.
- Expertise in Facebook, Instagram, TikTok Ads, and other relevant platforms to drive traffic.
- Experience with Google Analytics for tracking and analyzing traffic.
- Strong understanding of website optimization to enhance customer attraction.
- Previous experience in social media marketing and email marketing not necessary

Starting Net Salary Monthly
- 17,000 PHP (Php 8500 every 15th and 30th/31st)
