CSR Insurance QUOTE & Admin

FULL-TIME for committing 50+ hours per week plus Saturdays in CDT TX USA time zone (Flexible schedule can be from 9AM to 9PM CDT with the breaktime in between) and at least 3 years' EXPERIENCE of INSURANCE quoting for home, auto, rental, renter, etc... and for commercial contractor, BOP, lessor risk, apartment, restaurant, retail, service proprietors, industry sector business insurance with various carriers NEEDED. You will be working with a highly experienced independent agency in Texas, USA. Using agency Matrix as management system, MS365, etc... Ability skills requirement: English speaker and writing, dedicated to deliver excellent work alone with minimal supervision on computer for hours. This position involves quoting in various software like Agency Matrix for CRM management systems for insurance business with a lot of carriers. Fast Starter, Self-Motivated and quick learning are important as well as, honesty and integrity. Computer skills and multi-tasking, detail orientated, commitment, detail orientation, effective communication and delivery work on time with sufficiently results, critical thinking, and creative thinking to solve the issues for happy result with customers are very important.

Also, it is important to have a customer and company friendly attitude and innate ability to get along with others while under project and time constraint pressure of the job from time to time. We are seeking a personable individual that is quite capable to work well under pressure while producing quality and excellent results for the client and team. Other duties are an adept ability to research online, able to work 50+ per week and using the TIMEPROOF during the work schedule to complete daily the assign tasks and other necessary unsigned tasks for putting Customer and Company first.
