Responsibilities:
• Responding promptly and professionally to incoming phone calls from customers.
• Day to day accommodating customer problems.
• Recording accurate details of customer interactions and the actions taken to resolve issues or provide assistance.
• Ensuring customer service and satisfaction through clear communication and helpfulness in both languages.
Qualifications:
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• At least college level
• With at least 2 years Customer Service Representative Experience
Shift : 10AM-7PM MNL Time
Salary: Php 70,000
