JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Customer Service Agent who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, eager to grow, and willing to learn within our small team of 10 employees. In our smaller company, your role is highly valued, and we are looking for a dedicated and efficient individual.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role. You will be responsible for communicating with clients via email and phone. Swift response times and strong negotiation skills are required, and you will receive further training to enhance these abilities. As a short-term lending company, accuracy and professionalism in handling client inquiries are crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide customer service through email and phone communication
Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Address client inquiries accurately and professionally
Develop and refine negotiation skills
Maintain a professional demeanor with clients
Qualities Needed:

Fluent English (written and spoken)
Keyboard speed of at least 55 wpm
Reliable internet and electricity backups
High-speed internet connection
Committed and punctual
Work Conditions:

Minimum 6 days a week
Minimum 48 hours per week
Unlimited overtime available
$5 USD per hour
