We are looking for a CRO Specialist with a strong marketing background and a solid understanding of Javascript and front-end technologies. This role focuses on designing and implementing A/B and multivariate tests, collaborating with CRO and UX teams, and driving measurable improvements in client conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities:
-Implement A/B and multivariate tests using JavaScript, HTML and CSS to modify and optimize test variations directly on client websites.
-Develop landing pages for client digital properties and implement dynamic personalizations tailored to different user segments.
-Collaborate with the CRO team to scope, design, and execute front-end testing initiatives that drive measurable improvements.
-Support the CRO team in defining technical requirements and troubleshooting implementation issues to ensure accurate tracking and data collection.
-Ensure all tests are responsive, performant, and adhere to UX/UI best practices, aligning with clients’ brand and accessibility standards.
Requirements:
-2+ years of experience in digital marketing, front-end web development, or a similar role. Front-end development experience preferred.
-A demonstrated proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
-Prior experience working with CRO teams or implementing A/B and multivariate tests is highly preferred.
-Experience with Figma desired.
-Familiarity with testing platforms (e.g., VWO, Adobe Target) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
-Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to improving website performance.
-Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical tea
