Job Title: CRM and Operations Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven CRM and Operations Administrator to manage our data systems, support accounting tasks, and streamline daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Database Management:
Maintain and update multiple databases, including CRM, donor relations, and participant records.
Consolidate data from three different software systems into a unified platform.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all platforms.
2. Accounting Support:
Assist with financial tracking, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
Perform QuickBooks reconciliations and generate financial reports.
Support budget management and grant reporting as needed.
3. Registrar and Enrollment Support:
Oversee registration for summer and year-round programs.
Collect payments, registration forms, and related documents from families.
Resolve payment or registration issues in a timely manner.
4. Data Analysis and Reporting:
Create and maintain detailed reports for management on program participation, donor activity, and financial performance.
Use advanced Excel functions, such as pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data cleanup tools.
5. Administrative Support:
Manage schedules, set appointments, and coordinate meetings.
Handle
Assist with special projects and perform other administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Data Management, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in CRM management, data operations, or accounting support.
• Technical Skills:
Proficiency in CRM platforms, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Excel (advanced level).
Familiarity with data consolidation and reporting.
• Soft Skills:
Excellent organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Requirements:
Must complete Arithmetic, Attention to Detail, and Cognitive Ability assessments, achieving a 70% or better in each section:
