Hello,
I’d like to provide a more comprehensive outline of the CRM features we’re looking for:
1. Data Capture & Management:
• Record details for each request, including:
• Date of service
• Associated client
• Type of service (VIP tables, restaurant bookings, transfers, hourly service, etc.)
• Location
• Vehicle type (if applicable)
• Hours worked (start/end times as needed)
• Costs incurred (with automatic total calculation)
• Some services may only require a start time, not an end time.
2. Task & Workflow Management:
• Convert incoming client requests or messages into structured itineraries or tasks.
• Automatically add confirmed details into Google Calendar.
• Create tasks for unassigned items (e.g., need a chauffeur, need a vehicle) to highlight pending actions.
• Assign resources (chauffeurs, vehicles) to tasks and update their status (in progress, pending, completed).
3. Filtering & Reporting:
• Filter by client to view all related requests, hours, and costs.
• Filter by chauffeur to view their assigned tasks within a specified period.
• Filter by date range to see all services within those dates.
• Filter by vehicle to view all related jobs.
4. Draft Invoicing:
• After completing a set of jobs, select a date range or period for a particular client.
• Export these details into a draft invoice format.
• The draft should include services rendered, hours, and costs, and allow for manual modifications before finalizing the invoice.
Our goal is a streamlined system that starts at the initial request, manages tasks and schedules, provides clear reporting and filtering, and ultimately simplifies the billing process.
