Job Overview:
As a CRM Specialist at BrandFi, your role will involve setting up, customizing, and managing all CRM features within LeadPulse. Your goal is to optimize the system for lead tracking, reporting, and automating tasks to improve the efficiency of our client services and internal processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and configure LeadPulse CRM tailored to BrandFi’s needs
• Customize workflows, automations, and fields based on business requirements
• Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and tools
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and manage timely updates
• Generate actionable insights and reports on lead performance and customer interactions
• Provide training and support for team members using the CRM
• Troubleshoot issues and continuously optimize the CRM system for performance

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with CRM systems, preferably LeadPulse
• Strong understanding of CRM configuration, integration, and workflow automation
• Experience with lead management and client lifecycle processes
• Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
