JOB OVERVIEW

Hi!

We're a tech company and are looking for a tech-savvy VA to join the team :)

You will be working directly with the founder (me), helping with day-to-day tasks.

Ideally, we can work together long-term. Starting part-time, then moving to full-time in a couple of months

CRM & Data Management
- Upload, clean, and organize CRM data (ClickUp, Clay, Brevo, etc.).
- Track and update contacts, ensuring clean records.
- Move data between different platforms (e.g., download reports and re-upload them elsewhere).

Inbox & Calendar Management
- Monitor inboxes and categorize emails.
- Reschedule appointments and handle bookings.
- Send follow-ups and reminders as needed.

Process Documentation & SOPs
- Watch screen recordings and create step-by-step SOPs.
- Maintain organized documentation for processes.

Hiring & Admin Assistance
- Enter applicant data into the CRM.
- Send follow-up messages and calendar invites.
- Research and compile lists of potential hires.

Social Media
- Responding to comments

Miscellaneous Business Tasks
- Pay invoices and track expenses.
- Handle small accounting-related tasks (marking transactions, organizing receipts).
- Research and set up business services (e.g., buying business insurance).

Personal Tasks
General Admin & Support
- Reschedule appointments (doctor, personal commitments, etc.).
- Handle customer service issues (e.g., refunds, cancellations).
- Purchase items or services (e.g., research and book travel, order supplies).
