CRM Manager/Specialist

I’m a real estate agent and investor looking to streamline my operations with a CRM system that can efficiently manage:

Sales leads (buyers & sellers)
Rental leads & landlord relations
Off-market investment opportunities
I need an experienced CRM specialist who can evaluate, recommend, set up, and customize the best CRM for my business while ensuring smooth data migration and automation.

Project Scope & Deliverables:
Consultation & CRM Recommendation: Identify the best CRM system (Salesforce, Zoho, REsimpli, HubSpot, Podio, etc.) based on my needs.
CRM Setup & Customization: Configure lead tracking, deal pipelines, and workflows for sales, rentals, landlords, and investment tracking.
Data Migration & Organization: Import and structure my existing contacts, properties, landlords, and lead data into the CRM.
Automation & Integrations: Implement basic automation for lead follow-ups, reminders, and email sequences, plus integrate tools like Google Sheets, email, and dialers.
Training & Documentation: Provide a simple walkthrough and guide so I can use the system independently.

Ideal Candidate:
CRM Expert: Experience setting up CRMs for real estate professionals (agents, investors, or property managers).
Tech-Savvy & Process-Oriented: Skilled in workflow automation, lead management, and integrations with Zapier, Google Sheets, and dialers.
Real Estate Knowledge (Preferred): Understanding of rental lead tracking, landlord management, deal sourcing, and sales follow-ups.
Self-Sufficient & Detail-Oriented: Able to deliver a complete, functional CRM system with minimal guidance.
