We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented CRM Manager and Lead Manager to manage our leads effectively and ensure our CRM system is always up-to-date and functional. This role is critical for organizing and streamlining lead flows, ensuring each lead is correctly allocated and maintained within the CRM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Administration: Manage incoming leads within the CRM, ensuring each one is assigned to the correct department or tea
- Updating CRM Information: Receive instructions through messages regarding operating hours, agreements, and other relevant details, and update the CRM accordingly to ensure all information is accurate and accessible.
- Lead Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Regularly review leads entering the system, identify any issues or errors in data, correct them as necessary, and direct them to the appropriate area.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in CRM management and lead assignment.
- High attention to detail and a proactive, organized work approach.
- Strong written communication skills and ability to follow specific instructions.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and ability to handle updates and data organization.
- Flexibility to adapt to real-time changes and demands.
