We are a real estate company seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Management position. This role will focus on consistently following up with all incoming leads from various sources, such as social media, and ensuring that sales teams are well-supported in converting those leads into clients. Knowledge and experience in the real estate industry is highly preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
CRM Management: Maintain, update, and organize lead data within the CRM system, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
Lead Follow-Up: Actively follow up with incoming leads, ensuring consistent communication and progress throughout the lead lifecycle.
Social Media Leads: Manage leads from various social media platforms (e.g.,
Sales Coordination: Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand the status of each lead, provide updates, and ensure that sales efforts are aligned with lead expectations.
Lead Tracking & Reporting: Monitor the status of all leads, document progress, and ensure timely follow-up through the CRM system.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in CRM management, lead tracking, or similar roles.
Familiarity with or a strong interest in the real estate industry.
Proficiency in using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Follow Up Boss, etc.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks effectively.
Attention to detail and strong follow-up abilities.
Ability to work US hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (PST), 5 days a week.
