CRM & Booking System Developer with Potential for Long-Term Virtual Assistant Role

We need a tech-savvy problem solver to help us build a custom CRM and scheduling system for Raj School of Driving (Upgrade to see actual info). The goal is to streamline communication, track customer interactions, and automate scheduling and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:
The system must handle communication tracking, CRM functionality, booking integration, and automation.

For communication tracking, we use two personal phone numbers (both running WhatsApp) and one business WhatsApp. CallRail manages multiple phone numbers that all forward to a single number. The system must log and centralize all messages and calls across these channels.

For CRM & customer management, the system must track whether a contact is a paying client, a lead, or a past customer. It should send reminders for follow-ups, including who to text or call tomorrow. The system must also automatically schedule and confirm appointments based on customer interactions and maintain detailed customer records with preferences, progress, and booking history.

For booking system & website integration, the system must be connected to our WordPress (10Web) website so customers can book lessons, road tests, and packages online. The CRM must sync with the booking system to keep track of new and returning customers.

For automation & integration, the system must integrate with ManyChat, WhatsApp (personal and business), CallRail, and possibly email or text automation tools. It should be able to automate reminders for customers and staff (such as appointment confirmations) and provide a centralized inbox for responding to messages across platforms.

Raj School of Driving is a trusted driving school in the DFW area that provides hands-on driving lessons, road tests, and licensing assistance. The school primarily serves the Desi (South Asian) community, helping individuals get their driver’s licenses quickly and efficiently.

The business offers one-on-one driving lessons for $100 per 2-hour session, including highway training. Road tests are available for $195, with priority booking options. The full package costs $499 and includes 4 lessons, a road test, and a pre-test evaluation.
