Profitable Tradie are on the prowl for a new World Class Virtual CRM & Automation Specialist

We are a NZ based Business Coaching company with an international reputation for making a difference in the lives of the owners of plumbing, electrical and similar construction-based service businesses across New Zealand, Australia, and North America.

We are looking for a CRM Specialist who is dedicated to optimizing and managing Profitable Tradie’s Customer Relationship System (CRM). As part of our team, you will ensure the effective use of the CRM to track customer interactions, streamline processes, and enhance the overall user experience. Your expertise will play a crucial role in supporting our business goals while helping us make the most of the system’s capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

CRM Management: Maintain and update the CRM to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

Customization & Configuration: Tailor automations, workflows, reports, and dashboards to align with company processes.

Data Management: Ensure customer data is accurate and organized, eliminating duplicates and errors.

Training & Support: Train and support teaUpgrade to see actual infombers on effective CRM usage.

Lead Tracking: Monitor and nurture leads through the sales process to boost conversions.

Automation: Implement CRM automation to enhance performance across marketing, sales, and customer retention.

System Integration: Ensure seamless CRM integration with other business systems.



Required Skills:

Experience: At least 5 years of hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).

Problem-Solving: Able to troubleshoot and resolve CRM issues quickly.

Communication: Strong communication skills to guide teams and explain CRM solutions.

Attention to Detail: High accuracy in managing data and processes.

Project Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Interpersonal Skills: Collaborative, with the ability to train and support users.

Adaptability & Analytical Skills: Stay current with CRM trends and use data to drive insights and improvements.
