CPA - USA Job Experience Only

We are seeking an experienced CPA that is very detailed oriented and specialized in working with business in the USA. This position requires the ability to effectively communicate and already have experience working for USA clients. This is for a fulltime, permanent position working for a USA Based Company.

Required experience and tasks include:

1. Financial Reporting and Analysis.
2. Auditing and examining financial records, evaluating internal controls, and creating audit reports.
3. Assist with budgeting and financial planning with executive management.
4. Perform data entry, processing transactions and generating invoices.
5. Reconciling accounts
6 Manage and maintain payroll.
7. Prepares financial statements (Balance sheet, Income statements, Cash Flow)
8. Perform invoicing, follow-up both by email and phone for late invoices.
9. Process expense reports
10. Expert at Quick books and Excel
11. Strictly maintain professional conduct and ethics, ensuring integrity, objectivity, and confidentiality.
12. Other accounting skills and duties as assigned.

This position requires the ability to communicate verbally and by email to internal and external clients.

Basic Skills and Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years experience working as a CPA.
Minimum of 2 years working experience for a USA based organization
Strong knowledge in QuickBooks, Excel, and MS Office Suite.
Ability to work the USA Pacific Time Zone, M-F, 8 hours a day.
