Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in scaling brands to millions in monthly revenue and possess a deep understanding of performance marketing and creative strategy. As COO, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, implementing growth strategies, and driving our company towards achieving our ambitious goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategies to scale our business to 7-figure monthly revenue.
• Oversee and optimize daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead and manage a team of approximately 10 staff members, with a plan to grow the team to 15 within the year.
• Drive performance marketing initiatives to maximize ROI and customer acquisition.
• Develop and implement creative strategies to enhance brand presence and customer engagement.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new team members to support business growth.
• Collaborate with the executive team to set and achieve strategic objectives.
