Job description.
Contract records have a status that indicates where the record is in the contract's life cycle. We are looking for a contract status adminstrator to join our team.
• Maintaining and updating accurate customer contract status records on our customer relationship management system.
• Assist energy contracts Manager in the production of performance statistics and reports for management reporting.
• Support in process analysis and identify key areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes
Profile:
• Highly computer literate, capable of using a range of service-based IT systems
• Medium to Advanced Excel Skills
Capable of working to a consistently high standard in a customer-facing role
• Good communication and inter-personal skills including the ability to clearly explain complex matters to managers and tea
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Willingness to learn and develop when adopting new systems and practices
• Education: a degree in business administration, accounting, is preferred.
• You should be honest, reliable, hardworking and have good work ethnics.
• Great English ability.
Working hours:
You will be working from 11:00-3:00pm UK
• You will have Saturday and Sunday off.
