Elite Support Agents is searching for a highly motivated and talented COLD CALLER to join our growing team. You will be the voice of our construction business, ensuring seamless communication between clients and contractors. You'll be the first point of contact for our valued clients, handling inbound and outbound calls, answering leads, posting on social media and answering requests (YELP), dispatching calls, coordinating appointments, and learning our CRM system.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Follow up with leads effectively and maintain client relationships
- Dispatch calls and coordinate appointments
- Provide excellent customer service
- Post on social media platform (YELP) > this is more on written content
- Manage emails and communicate with clients via phone and email
- Learn and utilize the company's CRM system

REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to work PST time zone (must be willing to work on weekends)
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Experience in Cold Calling, Sales, or Customer Service is a MUST
- Strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Highly organized with great attention to detail
- Comfortable engaging with clients over the phone
- Must have a friendly, professional, and persuasive attitude
- Must be reliable and looking for a LONG-TERM contract
