Job Description:

As an MCA Cold Caller, you will be responsible for reaching out to business owners, introducing them to our financing solutions, and qualifying leads for our sales team. This role is crucial in building our client pipeline and requires a high level of energy, professionalism, and persistence.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound cold calls to potential business clients
Provide information about our Merchant Cash Advance services
Identify and qualify leads based on established criteria
Document and update lead information in the CRM system
Achieve weekly and monthly call and lead generation targets
Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on qualified leads
Handle rejection professionally and maintain a positive attitude
Requirements:

Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales, preferably in MCA or financial services
Strong verbal communication skills and a confident phone presence
Ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office tools
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in MCA or small business financing sales
Familiarity with the challenges and needs of small businesses
Bilingual in English and Spanish (optional)
